1. General
These Terms of Sale govern the legal relationship between Elinification OÜ (the Seller) and the user of the website (the Customer) when purchasing digital photographs and photo products through the Seller’s website.

 

2. Definitions
Products – digital photo files.
Order – a purchase placed and paid for by the Customer.
Personal Use – non-commercial use only.

 

3. Products and Availability
The Seller offers digital photographs for download and, where applicable, printed photo products. Digital files are made available immediately after successful payment, usually via a download link.

 

4. Ordering and Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

 

5. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in euros. The Seller is not VAT-registered unless stated otherwise on the website. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

 

6. Copyright and Licence
All photographs and website content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Elinification OÜ. By purchasing digital files, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, unlimited licence for personal use.
Without the Seller’s prior written permission, the Customer may not use the photographs for commercial purposes, resell them, distribute them publicly, alter them, or transfer them to third parties.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once downloading has begun. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical error or delivery of an incorrect file.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the Customer’s device, software, or internet connection. The Seller’s liability is limited to the technical accuracy and delivery of the purchased products.

 

9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the website.

 

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

 

11. Changes to the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect once published on the website.
